Degenerates Anonymous is a poker home game and league management platform operated by Cavendish Holdings. The Service provides tools for scheduling poker games, managing tournaments and leagues, tracking player statistics, and connecting with other poker players.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling where prohibited by law

4. Not a Gambling Service

Degenerates Anonymous is a management and tracking tool. We do not facilitate, process, or hold any real-money transactions between users. We are not a gambling operator. Users are responsible for ensuring their poker activities comply with local laws and regulations.

5. Subscriptions

Players can use the Service for free. Hosts may subscribe to paid plans for additional features. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase. Cancellation is available at any time through your account settings.

6. Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you create (game names, descriptions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to operate the platform. You may delete your account and data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of statistics, payout calculations, or other computed data. You should verify important calculations independently. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the Service.
